Stanly County Partnership for Children (Smart Start) is funded through the
State of North Carolina. Any program offered by SCPC is subject to the
continuation of adequate funding and the success of the program based on
evaluation outcomes. SCPC reserves the right to change, modify or
discontinue programs and services at the end of our fiscal year (June 30).
All programs, activities, and employment practices at Stanly County
Partnership For Children are available to all people regardless of race,
color, religion, age, national origin, sex, handicap or political
affiliation.
